Rules for Presenters<\/h4>
1. All presenters should register and pay the conference fee in order to receive the conference certificate.\u00a0
2.\u00a0Presenters are required to upload\u00a0the video of the presentation on\u00a0<\/span>Youtube.com.<\/span><\/div>
3.\u00a0The duration of the presentation\u00a0video is 10 to 15 minutes. The\u00a0<\/span>presenter is spotlighted in the\u00a0<\/span>video presentation.\u00a0<\/span>
4.\u00a0<\/span>Presenters should submit\u00a0the link to\u00a0<\/span>this link<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>by 25 September 2021.<\/span>
5.\u00a0<\/span>Presenters are required to\u00a0attend the plenary sessions and\u00a0<\/span>Questions and Answers session\u00a0<\/span>by Zoom at the scheduled time.<\/span><\/div>
6. No\u00a0show presenters are not\u00a0<\/span>allowed to reschedule their\u00a0<\/span>sessions nor refund the\u00a0<\/span>conference fee and they will not\u00a0<\/span>receive the conference certificate.<\/span><\/div>
7.\u00a0<\/span>Presenters are not allowed to\u00a0<\/span>show\/use inappropriate pictures\u00a0<\/span>for their video background.<\/span><\/div>
8.\u00a0<\/span>The certificate for the\u00a0<\/span>presenters will be sent by\u00a0<\/span>emails after completing the\u00a0<\/span>online evaluation form.<\/span><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Rules for Participants (Non-Presenters)<\/h4>
1.\u00a0Participants should register\u00a0and pay the conference fee.<\/span><\/div>
2.\u00a0Participants can access the\u00a0link of the video starting\u00a0<\/span>from 10 October 2021.\u00a0<\/span>
3.\u00a0<\/span>Participants can leave the\u00a0comments or questions in the\u00a0<\/span>comment section on Youtube.com.\u00a0<\/span>The comments and questions will\u00a0<\/span>be read by the meeting chair on\u00a0<\/span>QnA session.<\/span>
4.\u00a0<\/span>Participants are not allowed to\u00a0show\/use inappropriate\u00a0<\/span>pictures for their video\u00a0<\/span>background.<\/span><\/div>
5.\u00a0<\/span>Certificate for participants will\u00a0be sent by emails after\u00a0<\/span>completing the evaluation form.<\/span>

Guide For Uploading Your Video To Youtube.Com<\/h4>\n
1. Open the YouTube<\/a> website. 
2. Click the “camera” icon at the top right. 
3. Click “get started” to upload the video. 
4. Select and click “upload video”. 
5. Select and click “upload file” to browse and find your video. 
6. Choose a video to upload. Reminder: <\/b>the duration of the video is 10-15 minutes. 
7. Complete filling the title and the description of your video. Write the title using this format: LSC 2021, 20-21 Oct 2021: The Title of Your Paper.<\/b>
8. You will be asked whether the video can be watched by kids or not.
9. Select “unlisted” so that those who can access your video is only the people who have the link to your video. 
10 Click “save” button. 
11. Your video is published. <\/div>\n
