REGISTRATION PROCESS

This page details the 13th Literary Studies Conference and the 6th ASLE-ASEAN Conference registration procedure. The registration and the payment should be completed by 1 August 2025. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. For presenters, make sure that the abstract has been accepted. The author(s) is notified via LSC official emails. 
  2. Participants/non-presenters, please complete the registration form via the same link. 
  3. For students, please prepare the valid required ID.  
  4. For ASLE-ASEAN Members, please upload proof of the membership. 
  5. The presentation details (title, abstract, co-presenters, type of presentation) will be necessary to complete the form.
  6. Registrants will need to upload the proof of payment to the registration form. 
  7. Special requirements (dietary restrictions)

CONFERENCE FEE COVERAGE

  1. Admission to all sessions of the 13th LSC – the 6th ASLEASEAN Conference (plenary, panel, and special sessions)
  2. Conference materials
    Refreshments
  3. Lunch on day 1 and day 2
  4. Welcome dinner on day 1
  5. ASLEASEAN membership

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

  • Undergraduate students : 750.000 IDR (45 USD)
  • Post-graduate students : 1.000.000 IDR (60 USD)
  • Researchers/lecturers/Professionals: 1.500.000 IDR (90 USD)
  • Active ASLE members : 425.000 IDR (25 USD)

  • Each participant/presenter must register and pay for the conference individually
  • Presenters presenting as a group or a panel must pay the registration fee separately
  • Kindly note that both onsite and online presenters are subject to the same conference fee, as outlined above. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a reduced rate for online participation. Likewise, non-presenting attendees are also expected to pay the full conference fee.

The registration is available starting from 17 May 2025 until 1 August 2025.

ECOCULTURAL TOUR

 As part of the 13th LSC in collaboration with the 6th ASLE-ASEAN Ecocritical Conference, the organizing committee is planning to offer an ecocultural tour for onsite participants. This optional program is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, 2025, and participants may choose whether or not to join. Those interested in joining the tour will be required to register separately and pay an additional fee. The committee is currently finalizing the tour’s theme, destination, and logistical details, and further information will be shared once available.
